陳麗琴是本年惠州馬拉松“半馬”男子組的冠軍，“我平時跑步比較拘謹，但明天現場的氛圍實在太強，太具有沾染力了，沖線后我都不由得跟周邊的觀眾擊掌慶祝。”陳麗琴是一名來自廣州的馬拉松愛好者，她告訴記者，沿線的風景很是美麗，尤其是半途經過的水東街，街道既保存了古樸的韻味又有現代身心診所設計感，街口的合江樓氣勢也很雄偉。
